Welcome to The Fuqua School of Business. We are excited that you have decided to join one of the best MMCI programs in the world.
You may have heard references to "Team Fuqua" during the admissions process. It is much more than a catchphrase. Team Fuqua refers not only to the emphasis we place on teamwork within our MMCI education, but also the way our faculty, staff, and students work together on a daily basis.
Over the course of the program we will get to know each of you, and we encourage you to get to know the Fuqua team that makes this program possible. The faculty and staff involved in your program have been working hard to prepare for your arrival. We are committed to a learning partnership that requires three entities — faculty, staff, and students — to be fully engaged. Like most endeavors, the quality of your experience will largely be determined by what you put into it. We encourage you to engage in this partnership and maximize all of the opportunities presented to you, both inside and outside of the classroom.
As you have probably already seen from perusing the student bios on this web site, your classmates are an impressive group of people. They come from a variety of locations, industries, and positions. The dialogue you exchange and the friendships you develop will only add to the value of this program. Make the most of these opportunities as they are rich with possibilities.
